Ingredients
Love, Afare Singapore Mee Goreng Paste: 1 sachet
Bean sprouts: 120g
Celery: 10g
Choy sum stems: 40g
Eggs (beaten): 2
Water: 150ml
Oil: 2 tbsp
Sliced onions: 20g
Tomato (cut to quarters): ½
Tomato Ketchup: 70g
Yellow Noodle: 225g

Tips
Enjoy the dish by adding seafood, meat or vegetables as desired.
Direction:
- Mix Love, Afare Singapore Mee Goreng Paste with tomato ketchup and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry eggs. Add bean sprouts, tomatoes, sliced onions, choy sum stems and celery and stir-fry on high heat. Add in the mee goreng paste and ketchup mix from step 1
- Add in yellow noodle and reduce to medium heat. Once yellow noodle is hot, add in water, half portion at a time and stir fry until sauce is completely soaked up.
- Dish onto plate and it is ready to serve.
