Year after year, friends and families spend quality time together at our restaurants, bonding over our signature Singapore flavours. They told us that they love all that we serve and often want to bring a part of us home. Touched by their fervent requests, we finally curated Love, Afare to share our love for the best authentic taste and mementos representing Singapore.

We tested, debated and experimented repeatedly before we decided that they are good enough to represent the best of us. Our fans can now relish our signature flavours at the comfort of their home, recreate and relive the fond memories forged at JUMBO.

Singapore Chilli Crab Paste

It’s no secret that the Singapore Chilli Crab is a must-try dish at our JUMBO Seafood restaurants. This paste originates from JUMBO Seafood’s Award-winning Chilli Crab dish. With over 10 spices to give an unforgettable flavour, the dish is bathed in a zesty and tangy chilli sauce that’s best enjoyed with Man Tou or baguette. An iconic dish that is truly Singapore.

Our Love, Afare Chilli Crab Paste can also be cooked with other seafood such as prawns, crayfish, lobsters, squids or be used to make pasta.

Singapore Black Pepper Crab Spice

Black Pepper Crab is the unofficial national dish for Singapore! The second go-to flavour after Singapore Chilli Crab. This Black Pepper Crab spice comes from JUMBO Seafood’s signature dish - Black Pepper Crab, featuring Mud Crab stir-fried for a robust peppery flavour with a springy yet succulent texture. The spice is one of JUMBO Seafood’s secret recipes that uses specially selected roasted black peppers and white peppers that gives the much-needed kick to your dishes.
